AirisQ Company Meeting Q4 2025/2026
We’d like to say a big thank you to all of our staff for attending AirisQ’s Q4 Company Meeting on Tuesday 28th April.
The meeting opened with a summary of the company’s activities across the final quarter of 2025/26 and then the ‘year in review’ led by Managing Director Gareth Twynam.
This included:
- A breakdown of company perfomance against targets including major milestones and success stories from each department.
- Financial performance
- Contract performance against measured KPIs
- Progress against social value targets
- Status of environmental schemes
- Looking ahead to 2026/2027 outlining strategic priorities.
Staff then took part in two workshops. The first centred around defining our core values as a company, where we have doubled our team in the last couple of years the we felt it was time for a refresh & new perspectives.
The second workshop focused on a SWOT analysis, allowing staff to contribute their thoughts on the company’s current strengths and weaknesses along with suggesting potential new markets, training opportunities and strategic development.
The day then ended with one of our Senior team members Graham Rolleston MIHEEM (pictured above) leading a technical talk on open door protection in HTM 03-01 with an emphasis on the requirements under the guidance for Validations and Verifications.
To conclude the day and to give our site and office teams more time to socialise, we went for dinner and drinks on the company at a local restaurant Hazine in Bexleyheath.
