Experienced Healthcare Ventilation Specialist
Job Type: Full Time or Part Time (Minimum 24 hours per week)
Location: Dartford, Kent with Travel across the Southeast & London
Salary Range: £50,000-£65,000 PA negotiable
Are you an experienced HVAC mechanical services engineer, commissioning engineer, or ventilation engineer with excellent technical skills, an eye for detail with a real passion and commitment to customer service delivery?
We want someone who has an impressive understanding of ventilation its importance in a healthcare setting, an ability to assess compliance, and wants to further develop their understanding and skills to take ownership of a key Healthcare Ventilation Specialist’s position. If you are ambitious, have a desire to reduce health risks to patients by achieving the necessary standards and want an opportunity to go beyond your current position, then this role is perfect for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out compliance surveys and produce technical reports.
- Train, coach, mentor and work with our apprentices.
- On-board new clients’ service plans and delivery requirements.
- Work with the sales team to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Attend contract review meetings including clients’ VSG
- Engage with clients’ AE(V) and AP(V.
- Review compliance reports prior to client submission.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Good numeracy, literacy & IT skills.
- Physically fit
- High levels of motivation, self-organisation and determination
- The ability to provide excellent customer empathy and be a good communicator
- Be a self-starter and have the ability to make decisions and work on your own.
- Growth mindset and desire to learn and develop.
- Great work ethic and enthusiastic about creating quality work efficiently
